Orders placed before 4.00 P.M GMT can be shipped for arrival within
3-5 days for USA customers by Fedex.

All goods have a 12 month warranty as standard. Once we have established
that no damage has been caused by a 3rd party, we re-ship you a brand
new replacement in no more than 24 hours on receipt of the defective
unit.
Q What if I don't
like the product and want a refund?
That is no problem. All we ask is that you return the goods
in 7 days in A-1 condition. We do not refund shipping and your
refund will be subject to 4.8% credit card transaction fee.
