Q What if I don't like the product and want a refund?

All returns of non-faulty goods are subject to a 30% re stocking fee (excludes special order items) within 7 days of purchase and 4.8% refund transaction fee. The customer is held responsible for any shipping charges. A Returned Product Form is requested before you can ship goods back to ourselves and the goods must be boxed in the original box with all cables, manuals, packaging and unfilled warranty cards before a return can be credited.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
